By creating an account, purchasing a Course, or accessing Course materials you accept and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase any Course.
Definitions: "Course" means videos, materials, quizzes, and any related digital content delivered through the site. "You" or "Student" means any individual who registers, purchases or accesses content.
- Access is granted after successful payment and account registration. Access duration (e.g., 6 months, 12 months, lifetime) is specified on the Course page at purchase.
- Access is non-transferable and intended for the registered user only. Sharing accounts or login credentials is prohibited and may result in account termination.
- We may update or modify Course content; where material is materially altered we will use reasonable efforts to notify enrolled students.
Course prices are displayed at checkout and may include applicable taxes. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment gateways; you agree to their terms when you complete a payment. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
If a payment fails, access will not be granted until the transaction completes successfully. For billing disputes contact support with your order details.
Digital Courses
Because Courses are digital products delivered immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not provided once access to Course content has been granted, downloaded, or substantially viewed.
Exceptional Circumstances
We may, at our discretion, issue refunds or partial refunds in cases such as:
- Technical issues that prevented access for a prolonged period and which we cannot reasonably resolve.
- Duplicate charges or clear payment errors.
- We cancelled a Course and cannot provide a reasonable alternative; in such case we will offer a pro-rata refund for the unused portion where applicable.
How to Request a Refund
- Email hr@wirelessjobshub.com with your order ID, date of purchase, and a clear explanation.
- Provide any supporting evidence (screenshots, error messages) if your request relates to technical access issues.
- We will review and respond within a reasonable time. If approved, refunds will be issued using the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider.
Note: This policy is a general guideline. Specific Courses may have different refund terms described on their product pages; product-level terms take precedence.
Information we collect: Account details (name, email), payment and billing information (via payment processors), course progress and usage data, and any content you provide (e.g., profile info, messages to support).
How we use data: To provide and improve services, process payments, communicate about orders and support, personalize your experience, and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing & storage: We share necessary data with payment processors and hosting providers. We do not sell personal data. We take commercially reasonable measures to store data securely, but no system is 100% secure.

Unauthorized copying, distribution, recording or public sharing of Course content is strictly prohibited.
- Do not share or sell access to the Courses. Do not attempt to circumvent technical protections. Do not upload malware or illegal content.
- Be respectful in communications with instructors, staff and other students. Harassment or abusive behavior may lead to account suspension.
